Bariatric Evaluation
We provide pre-surgical bariatric evaluations for those seeking surgical weight loss surgery. The evaluation takes 2 hours and will involve an assessment of your weight loss history, eating habits, mood and emotional functioning, and your understanding of the weight loss procedure and risks involved as well as your understanding of the long-term behavioral changes you will need to adhere to for a successful outcome. The cost of this service is $300.00.
Cognitive Abilities Testing
We provide testing of cognitive abilities (or intelligence testing) for children ages 5-18 using the Wechsler Intelligence Scale for Children, 5th Edition. The cost of this service is $400.00.
Emotional/Behavioral Functioning
We provide testing to assist in the screening of emotional or behavioral issues. This testing is tailored to your unique concerns and typically the cost involves an hourly rate starting at $200 per hour. We are unable to evaluate children for autism.
