Initial Consultation (Intake): $180 (60 min session)
Individual Therapy: $170 (50 min session)
Couples/Family Therapy: $180 (50 min session)
Completion of Client Forms (e.g. FMLA, etc.): $50
Phone consultation: Free for ten minutes; if call exceeds ten minutes you will be billed at the regular session rate for every 15 minutes from the beginning of the call.
I work with insurance companies as an Out-of-Network provider. This means you may be eligible to be reimbursed by your insurance company for payments made for therapy services. Check with your insurance company to see if you have this benefit and what it will reimburse you. Find out how to submit a claim to them and we will provide you with an invoice or receipt of services to submit with your claim.
